The Northwest Koi & Goldfish Club held their 30th annual koi show on August 1st in Portland Or. Congratulations to Bill Tullis for taking home the Grand Champion trophy at this years show!

Pictured below is the Grand Champion Kohaku… a beautiful Sakai Bred, Rose Symbol Bloodline Kohaku. This Kohaku was purchased by Bill at Pan Intercorp and raised in his 10,000 gallon plus pond at home. In the time that Bill has been caring for this Kohaku he has taken her from unfinished to Grand Champion…Congratulations Bill!

Congratulations to Robert and Chris Mungo on winning Baby Grand Champion twice in as many months! Pictured below is Chris accepting the Baby Grand Champion awards at both the Carolina Classic and Charlotte Koi Shows. Robert and Chris purchased this beautiful Sakai Kohaku from Pan Intercorp’s auction website www.nishikigoi.com and their eye for quality has brought them top honors twice so far.
